12-Week (or 3 month) Minimum Commitment then you have the option to continue building momentum so you can keep progressing towards getting in the best shape of your life, swap to another program level, or cancel with 7 Days' Notice.

  • Coaching is interactive depending on your current needs and health challenges, identify and overcome barriers you're struggling with. We find solutions and strategies that fit your preferences and lifestyle such as habit stacking, shopping and cooking healthy meals fast, while getting enough of the right nutrients to suit your goals and get your energy back.

  • Over time, I'll work with you to identify what's been holding you back and help you generate ideas to find solutions - so your changes stick. Following what someone else tells you to do or exactly what to eat does not work to create long term change. 

  • Nutritional guidance, education, and resources, depending on your preferences - such as tracking, macros and calories, or more intuitive eating styles, right there in your App. 

  • Learn how to eat to nourish yourself (and your family) without fads or extreme restrictions.

  • Find a way of eating that suits your preferences and lifestyle. We will work together on your preferred strategies including tracking food, calories, & macros, or more intuitive eating styles.

  • Fully Personalised Fitness Programming to suit your exact needs and goals.

  • Learn how to sustain your results, so you never have to worry about slipping back into old habits or watching the weight gradually return.

  • Cut through the myths and misinformation with evidence-based methodology proven to work for women of all shapes and sizes.

  • Weekly check-in with access to me during business hours to ask any questions through the week.
