I'm Coach Wendy Maree, an experienced Personal Trainer, Certified Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist, and qualified yoga teacher, with 14 years' experience helping women get stronger, more confident, and healthier.

I specialise in the transition from perimenopause through post-menopause and am passionate about sustainable fitness and nutrition solutions that fit your life—without extremes.

I reached out to wendy just after the new year kicked off looking for someone to help me lose the weight I had gained during my pregnancy (bub was 3 months when I first contacted Wendy) I had never had personal training ever before so I was feeling very anxious on top of feeling mentally, emotionally & physically defeated (those feels that most mummas get even though all my kids eat, sleep & are physically well).
 
I just was living my days doing everything for my kids & partner & just hiding out inside my home when possible ashamed of how I had let myself go. Well Wendy made me feel so extremely comfortable from the moment I walked into her home gym. From learning the correct way to use gym equipment, learning breathwork & setting a good work out pace, to learning nutrition & making the area of my workout a safe zone for myself to just be me!

Wendy has a wealth of knowledge specifically focused on women, their bodies and training needs. She’s thorough, kind and trains you in a way that you can feel and see yourself getting stronger but without feeling exhausted and overworked.
 
I loved every session I had with her; group based and 1:1. Wendy also worked alongside my ‘cardio’ trainer to format a plan that complimented my strength training so we were all working towards the same goal. I’d LOVE to train with her again but distance see’s us hours apart.
